After driving along a private track for approximately five minutes, you will come to this hidden gem high above a valley, surrounded by hills. The perfect romantic hideaway. With magical views, especially at night, when following a stunning sunset you will be mesmerised by the distant lights of La Mota fortress and Alcalá La Real. The Finca is another one of Sheila's 'spectacular properties' built entirely to her design and specification. The name Cañada de Agua translates to Watertrek as this Finca has its own abundant supply of well water.
Accommodation
All the rooms are a very good size. The kitchen is fully equipped: Electric Oven, Gas Hob, Extractor, Fridge/Freezer, Toaster, Juicer, Coffee Machine, Kettle, Washing Machine and Dishwasher. Crockery, Cutlery, Iron and board, Leading from the kitchen is the lounge with oak beams and a huge open feature fireplace. Off the lounge are two comfortable bedrooms a double and twin, both with en-suite bathrooms which include a full sized bath. From the double bed you can see the beautiful lights at night, very romantic. Both the lounge and kitchen have double doors opening on to the large enclosed terrace, which is well furnished and surrounded by glass sliding doors, from here a few steps down take you to the swimming pool surrounded by a terrace and overlooking the valley.

Cañada de Agua is totally unique and perfectly positioned for peace and quite, with uninterrupted views of the surrounding area and yet only 40 minutes from Granada.
If you are looking for somewhere romantic to take that special someone, possibly for an anniversary or even honeymoon, you won't be disappointed. As you sit together, watching the sunset or the lights twinkling over La Mota Fortress.

 This part of rural andalucia is very unspoilt tranquil and beautiful, the nearest large town Alcala La Real about 10 minutes drive, is very interesting and yet not touristy.

There are many interesting places to visit all steeped in history,easily reachable cities are Granada Jaen and Cordoba. Towns include Priego de Cordoba Zuheros, and many white towns perched on hills for you to discover. Please visit our website for more information.

There are plenty of walking tracks some straight from the finca, or marked trails in nearby national parks. in the spring there is an abundance of wild flowers. Other possible activities include bird watching ,painting and cycling
