Casa Bacchus

Nestled in the pretty vineyards of Manilva, this peaceful country house is only 3km from the coast and the amenities of Sabinillas and Puerto de la Duquesa.

The ground floor features a large, open plan room with lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, fridge, microwave and dishwasher). The ground floor also has a guest toilet and stairway up to the first floor.

The first floor has 2 bedrooms: The first bedroom is spacious and light with a double bed and an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom is large and airy with twin beds at either end and an en-suite shower room.

The ground floor has patio doors leading out to a covered terrace with comfortable seating and table at the front of the house. At the back of the house is the pool terrace (for exclusive use of Casa Bacchus) which features the swimming pool (8m x 4m), a barbecue, outdoor dining table & chairs and sun loungers.

The large, beautifully landscaped garden at the front of the house is shared by another house at the other end of the property but there is still plenty of privacy.

 The municipality of Manilva is divided into several small communities. The village itself is just a few kilometers inland from the coastal village of San Luis de Sabinillas and the yachting marina of Puerto de la Duquesa is just a few km further west.
