A beautifully furnished private apartment, situated close to the large beach in Roquetas de Mar, Costa de Almeria, Spain. Holiday in sunny Roquetas de Mar, with great Autumn rates, long hot Summers and one of the mildest and sunniest Winter climates in Europe.

Our private family apartment is situated on a modern complex just 400m from the beach at Roquetas de Mar, Almeria. The complex, Mediterraneo, has a secure entrance and spacious entrance area. The pool area is very private, situated in the centre of the complex, and has grassy areas to sunbathe on, and two pools; a small children's wading pool and a large swimming pool.

Situated on the second floor, the apartment is tastefully furnished and equipped with all you could need for a holiday. There is a double bedroom with twin beds and a ceiling fan. A travel cot is available for your use (as well as a high chair and buggy) if they are needed. The living area is open plan, and has a fully equipped kitchen, dining table for 4, and a living area with a comfortable leather sofa bed, ceiling fans and tasteful artwork. There is a flat screen TV (Spanish TV) and a DVD player for your entertainment.
The sliding patio doors lead from the living area onto a private terrace which is equipped with patio furniture and enjoys a sunny South West aspect; perfect for sunbathing in private and eating al fresco.

 The Andalusian province of Costa Almeria is the ideal place to holiday, boasting one of the best climates in Europe and miles of unspoilt Mediterranean coast. There are over 320 days of sunshine per year, very hot Summers and mild Winters.
There are resorts like Roquetas de Mar, quiet fishing villages, the lively capital city of Almeria, and a wonderful natural landscape.

Roquetas de Mar is a relaxed and very Spanish resort which retains its authentic atmosphere.
It is a resort that visitors return to year after year. Spanish tourists make up the majority of visitors in the Summer, which shows what a special place in Spain it is.

Most accommodation is in the urbanisation; a more modern area near the beach, which has plenty of supermarkets, shops, cafes and tapas bars.
The long promenade runs the length of the town from the port to the nature reserve, alongside the long beach. The two mile beach is shingle and sand, and seldom gets crowded.

As well as the beach there is plenty to do in Roquetas with an aqua park open in the Summer, many playparks, Go Karting, watersports, boat trips, and the Mini Hollywood film set.
