Villa Conchi Competa

This spacious, characterful Moorish villa with superb large sun terrace, is centrally located and gives you the opportunity to experience a real Andalucian white village at first hand.

Enjoy the stunning and fabulous views to the sea over the olive and avocado groves and up to the mountains located behind the village. No car is needed, as all a.menities are within a ten minute walk.

Villa Conchi is a four bedroomed villa on 3 floors with a bathroom on each level. There are two sitting rooms and a large open plan kitchen/dining area situated on
the floor below the roof terrace with airy 4 metre+ ceilings.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern units, five burner gas hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and extra drinks fridge. There is a kettle, toaster, coffee maker and juicer as well as a belfast enamelled sink with teak surround. The dining area will seat up to ten and there is also a sofa for use when chatting to the cook! The room has two large balcony windows, looking out over the village.

The bedrooms are as follows.... Master bedroom with fitted wardrobes and cupboards. Triple bedroom with double bed and single bed. This room has fitted wardrobes and cupboards.Single bedroom and double bedroom.

There are two sitting rooms. One has DVD / video player, and the other is for chatting and relaxing as it has been retained in the style of a Moorish internal patio with large balcony doors with views over the village. Lots of English books and DVD's are provided

The bathrooms are two shower rooms and one bathroom with bath. There are three wc's, and one bidet. There is lots of room for large families and groups.

 This Competa villa is centrally located and gives you the opportunity to experience a white village at first hand. The village has many artists of different types, and a cosmopolitan atmosphere with excellent restaurants.

Competa is surrounded by olive, orange and avocado groves and there are many walks through them along the tracks in the surrounding hills, with fabulous views down to the sea. You are 25 minutes drive from the beaches and shopping complexes on the coast. A regular bus runs 3 times a day to the beach at Torre del Mar from the village.

Competa celebrates many festivals, of which the two most important are the
Noche del Vino on the 14th August and Semana Santa the week before Easter.

It is a short walk to the two local swimming pools, restaurants and shops. You do not need a car for Villa Conchi as you can travel from the airport to the village by taxi. All facilities are provided locally. There are 5 or 6 different supermarkets of varying sizes, about 30 to 40 bars and restaurants, an internet cafe, 3 banks, numerous estate agents, gift and clothing shops, hairdressers, DIY stores... indeed all that modern life entails.

The Hotel Balcon has a beautiful double pool/bar area five minutes stroll away. Entrance to this is by a pre pay day pass (from reception), which gives you multiple entry, towel and sun lounger. The village also provides an all year round swimming pool. There is a market each Saturday morning, with food, plants, clothes, sweets. Opposite Villa Conchi is Sugar and Spice, a shop selling many beautiful souvenirs and British food stuffs.
