Property Description

Beautifully furnished apartment in a private development set in spacious landscaped gardens with six swimming pools. There are wonderful views from the roof terrace and it is an ideal spot for golfers, the development bordering on 2 first class golf courses.

DESCRIPTION:
The apartment is fully air-conditioned and luxuriously furnished throughout. There is a lounge/dining room with 2 sofas, a large TV with UK freeview satellite channels, DVD and a dining table. There is a fully equipped kitchen including oven, hob, extractor, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher with an adjoining utility area containing the washing machine.

There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The spacious master bedroom has twin beds, a fitted wardrobes, an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower and views of the pool and gardens. The second bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and wonderful views. The third bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobes. There is an additional shower room with WC.

There are two terraces. A patio door from the lounge leads onto a sun terrace with table and chairs overlooking the gardens and pools. There is a stairway from this terrace leading to the very large roof top solarium which is equipped with sun loungers and a table with seating for 6. From the roof terrace there are breathtaking panoramic views of the mountains, nearby golf courses, the Mediterranean Sea, Gibraltar and the coast of Africa.

Community Facilities:
There are 6 large swimming pools and children's pool all set in spacious landscaped gardens. There is 24-hour security and a video porter in the apartment. The apartment has underground car parking with a dedicated parking space.


Area description

Casares Costa is located between Estepona and Manilva. It is approximately 13km from the village of Casares. Its recent development has brought with it two first class golf courses and its proximity to Puerto de la Duquesa in Manilva and to Estepona means easy access to good restaurants and nightlife.
