Property Description
This casita is set in a peaceful spot in the countryside just minutes from the village of San Enrique de Guadiaro and the beaches of Sotogrande and Torreguadiaro. It sits adjacent to the main house on a large landscaped plot and has lovely view of the Mediterranean, Gibraltar and the mountains of Morocco.

DESCRIPTION:
As you enter the casita, the ground floor has a large bedroom with two single beds which can be put together to make one large bed or kept separate. The bedroom also has a shower and wash basin. Just outside the bedroom there is a WC.
Up the stairs to the first floor you come to the sitting room with a wood burning stove for the winter months. To the right there is a small balcony with seating and wonderful views and to the left is the dining area and kitchen, equipped with 4 burner hob and small fridge.
