A town house with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and private pool located at the edge of the village of Fuente de Piedra, in the province of Malaga, Spain.

Dos Flamingos is a contemporary/rustic Andalucian town home designed by a prominent architect and newly built from local materials chosen for their warmth and comfort. Large windows and sliding doors provide an easy flow to the two walled courtyards to create a compound full of light with complete tranquility and privacy. This house was designed specifically for the needs of today’s luxury vacation to create a peaceful, uncluttered environment that is still in keeping with the character and charm of Andalucia.

Upstairs Floor:
•1 bedroom with one double bed and a balcony looking out to the Laguna, en-suite bathroom with bathtub/shower and bidet and walk-in closet;
•1 bedroom with two twin beds, en-suite bathroom with shower and walk-in closet, a balcony looking out to the olive groves and an exterior stairway down to the pool patio;
•Storage/laundry room with washing machine

Roof:
•1 roof deck with a trellis and views of the Laguna towards the west for sunsets
•1 roof deck facing the olives to the east and south for sunrises and additional sun bathing

Special Features:
* Each bedroom and living/dining room has its own heating and air cooling system and the water is heated by solar panels with a back-up storage tank. Each bathroom has its own heater.
* All linen and towels are provided along with toilet paper, paper towels and some cooking spices and local olive oil.
* Firewood will be provided in winter.
* A welcome/thank you basket with basic necessities will be provided upon your arrival.

Fuente de Piedra is located in sunny, gorgeous Andalucia: 20 minutes from Antequera; 1 hour from Malaga; and 1 1/2 hours from Ronda, Sevilla, Cordoba and Granada. The new high speed train has a station 10 minutes away that will bring you to and from Madrid in 2 1/2 hours.

The house is in a quiet location while only a few minutes walk to the village’s central plaza with its shops, bars, cafés and markets. It is surrounded by olive groves and has beautiful views of the mountains and the famous Laguna Fuente de Piedra, one of the most important European breeding grounds for the pink flamingo and many other water birds.

1 week minimum from Saturday to Saturday

Refund of deposit if cancelled 12 weeks or more prior to arrival date.

A deposit of 50% will be required to reserve with the remaining balance due six weeks before arrival.

A breakage depost of 100.00 euros will be added to the total balance due and will be appropriately refunded upon departure.

No pets or smoking are allowed in the house at any time.
