The apartment is close to the beach and supermarket, lots of exciting attractions and has access to more than 20 golf couses within a radius of 30 km. The exclusive area Reserva del Higueron is situated right between Benalmadena and Fuengirola, which provides you access to many shops, restaurants and nightlife. The Apartment is located centrally with access to public transport, so that you easily can go for example to Malaga, Fuengirola and Benalmadena, or make a stop on the way in Torremolinos or at the outdoor shopping centre “Plaza Mayor”.If you want to make some daytrips, you can go to Gibraltar, Sevilla, Alhambra in Granada, the famous Puerto Banus or the "The white town" Mijas.

25% of the rent must be paid by booking and the rest of the amount no later than four weeks before arrival.
When receiving the keys, a cash deposit of € 200,- must be paid. This amount is returned when the keys are returned and the apartment is returned in the same condition as it was upon arrival. We take an electric meter reading on arrival and departure from the property. A fair amount is included in the rent, but excessive use will be deducted from the security deposit.
When booking less than four weeks before arrival the total amount of the rent has to be paid instantly.
25% of the rent must be paid by booking and the rest of the amount no later than four weeks before arrival.
